I would like to see your thoughts on the process and how you do it every day. I created my first product today! I wrote on it for a couple weeks and just finished today! I get the occasional customer with a million questions, but overall the customer questions are pretty quick and easy. I now have 5 products that bring in sales on a regular basis and the customer support isn't bad at all. A few of my products have gotten some good exposure ie dealdotcom and big name promotions.
