I would love to read a step by step guide on creating a product. I would like to see your thoughts on the process and how you do it every day.

I created my first product today! I wrote on it for a couple weeks and just finished today! I know it will sale but the problem is getting it out there.

Step by step would be great as I am new to this area of IM.

I look forward to a blog post on this topic.

Hi Marc, generally it's not too bad. I get the occasional customer with a million questions, but overall the customer questions are pretty quick and easy. I now have 5 products that bring in sales on a regular basis and the customer support isn't bad at all.

A few of my products have gotten some good exposure ie dealdotcom and big name promotions. Even during and after those promotions there weren't a great deal of customer support issues.

I've thought about doing this but I'm not sure about dealing with the customer service aspect of this. How much of your time does dealing with customers use up?
