		<description>Great points Josh! I believe that this is a carryover from the pre world wide web days of chain letters and envelope stuffing opportunities. Back then I quickly figured out that the income from those opportunities came primarily from those buying  these opportunities. It appears that this is still the case but the web allows this process  to be hyper accelerated.</description>
