It's based on some very simple principles. Due to there being so much information on the internet you can be intimidated about the process to the point where you really think it's impossible to be successful. That makes sense in one way, but what if the wrong article got penalized? What if a good article just happened to show up in different places because of how good they are? I agree that most of the time people in the trenches are the wrong people to go to, marketing articles is just too difficult and bias opinions can complicate matters.
